I have been an astrologer for over 25years, specialising in relationships and karmic patterns. I believe that our astrological chart can shed light onto our current and past problems, these insights can be very helpful in the context of a therapy session. It can give focus to a problem during a counselling session enabling us to explore repeating patters and understand where we have come from.

Tarot Cards like astrology are a useful tool to focus our thoughts around issues currently going on in our life.They help us identify individuals who are influencing our past, present and future. In the context of an Integral Psychotherapy session, I use them to see what issues need to be tackled and help you to move towards healing your life and self.
